The Bizzy Diet And Fitness Concept
The Bizzy Diet concept is dial in a person’s diet, and utilize high intensity, brief bouts of exercise a minimum of 4 days per week (although 5 or 6 could be preferable depending on your body’s needs).
The diet is simple—high protein, low carbohydrate, calorie controlled. Small portions are taken in every three hours to help maintain a state and feeling of fullness despite being on a restricted calorie diet.
Large amounts of water are also taken in to assist with that as well.
As far as the time you will be spending in the gym, none of the workouts will take you longer than 50 minutes, and they will get your heart pumping like crazy.
You will essentially do 2 upper body workouts and two lower body workouts every week. Cardio is included on those days, and you can also get some additional cardio in on the rest days.

Now there are two cornerstones to this program—the nutrition and the supplement stack. In fact, I would bet that someone could follow the diet strictly, and even without the full workout program would still lose some weight.
