MusclePharm Bizzy Diet And Fitness Plan

Do you struggle to find time to get to the gym and get the training in that you need?

Are you wanting to shred some fat and get lean and ripped?

Are you wanting to look sexy in a swimsuit or fit into a wedding dress soon?

Can you dedicate 21 days to trying something new?

That’s right—21 days can make some serious changes happen and, depending on your starting point, have you in the shape you want. Not only will you look better, but you will feel better too. Curious yet?

Excited maybe? I hope so. Keep reading for all the details.

The Bizzy Diet And Fitness Concept

The Bizzy Diet concept is dial in a person’s diet, and utilize high intensity, brief bouts of exercise a minimum of 4 days per week (although 5 or 6 could be preferable depending on your body’s needs).

The diet is simple—high protein, low carbohydrate, calorie controlled. Small portions are taken in every three hours to help maintain a state and feeling of fullness despite being on a restricted calorie diet.

Large amounts of water are also taken in to assist with that as well.

As far as the time you will be spending in the gym, none of the workouts will take you longer than 50 minutes, and they will get your heart pumping like crazy.

You will essentially do 2 upper body workouts and two lower body workouts every week. Cardio is included on those days, and you can also get some additional cardio in on the rest days.

The Supplements

Now there are two cornerstones to this program—the nutrition and the supplement stack. In fact, I would bet that someone could follow the diet strictly, and even without the full workout program would still lose some weight.

Of course, working out will only serve to magnify the results and make them happen faster.

Check out the review we did of the Bizzy Diet supplement stack and see for yourself what is inside it.

So, can you get super disciplined for 21 days in exchange for the body you’ve been looking for? Are you up to the challenge?
